Assessments are $2.55/$1,000 of concrete related contract items, plus a special assessment of $0.10/sq. yd. on all mainline PCC pavements for interstate highway, primary highway, and secondary road projects with volume in excess of 20,000 square yards. *ACPA dues are paid out of the dues schedule funds.
Dues are based on the total number of plants plus the total number of licensed ready mix trucks on September 1 of the year prior to which dues are to be paid. The total number of trucks shall include those for all subsidiary and satellite plants. Annual Membership Fee is $920 Min. - $25,200 Max.
Membership dues are payable upon Board approval of application. Subsequent dues renewals are payable annually by January 31 and prorated by quarter for new members joining during the year. You will be invoiced for membership dues. Dues may not be deducted as a charitable expense but may be deducted as a business expense according to the IRS.
